To make the most of your colonic treatment, we’ve put together this simple guide to help you on your wellness journey and how to prepare your body before a colonic.
Start at least 24 to 48 hours before your colonic treatment.
You can exercise eg: go for a run, walk, cycle, yoga etc we encourage it.
Start drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of filtered water a day, the more hydrated you are prior to your colonic, the better your treatment.
Add Lemon to your water in the morning.
Introduce Herbal Teas.
No Coffee or Alcohol.
Eat light meals eg: soup, broth, green smoothies, steamed vegetables and fish.
No red meat, rice, heavy or processed foods eg: pasta/bread or gas forming foods eg: cabbage and legumes.
Don’t eat 2 hours before.
Doing a juice cleanse is a great way to start detoxing the body while doing a series of Colonics.
